Max Verstappen is fast becoming one of the most dominant drivers in the history of Formula One – and he’s only just getting started!
The son of the former F1 driver Jos Verstappen, Max began karting at the age of four; in 2015, aged 17 years 166 days, he became F1’s youngest-ever driver to start a race. A series of eye-catching performances earned him a promotion from the Toro Rosso team to Red Bull Racing, where he made an immediate impact, winning his first Grand Prix.
Max claimed his maiden F1 world championship in 2021 and has been unstoppable ever since.
He won 15 out of 22 races in 2022 and a scarcely believable 19 out of 22 in 2023. How many more times will Max take the chequered flag – and how many more records will he claim – before he is done?
